In the week beginning 15th December all the children will be enjoying some festive fun with their peers! Some will have their party in the morning and some in the afternoon – you can find the date of your child’s party by referring to the calendar in the sidebar of the blog or the newsletter sent home at the start of this term.
This year we’d like to try something different and rather than every class asking for party food (and so much going to waste) we’re keen for any donations of party food to be sent to school on Friday 12th December. We will then sort the party food equally among the classes to ensure every class gets something. Please remember that all donations should be shop-bought (check sell-by dates please!) and that if your child has any food allergies that you can send in something for him/her that will be kept aside for their party – make sure it is clearly labelled with their name and class.
Children are invited to dress in their party clothes for the parties! Morning parties – children can come to school wearing their party clothes and then change into their school uniform after. Afternoon parties – children should come to school wearing their school uniform and will be able to change into their outfits at lunchtime.
