A message from our badminton coach…
CROWN PRIMARY SCHOOL’S annual Badminton Tournament will take place on SUNDAY 22nd MARCH in the MILLBURN ACADEMY GAMES HALL from 12noon until 3pm.
Any pupil from P5, P6 or P7 may enter.
There will be entries for:
GIRLS SINGLES GIRLS DOUBLES
BOYS SINGLES BOYS DOUBLES
There is also our Badminton House Trophy which is awarded to the House with the most points overall. Every point you score will be a point towards your house whether or not you win the match.
You may choose a partner from a different year group or in a different house to yourself. You do not need to know how to score a match as umpires will be provided.
If you would like to play in the Doubles competition but don’t have a partner then don’t be put off – you can add your name and we’ll match you up with someone.
Racquets will be available but if you can bring your own that would be helpful!
It would be a good idea if you have played before but ALL are welcome to enter.
The entry forms will be in the OPEN AREA (outside P7 and P6/7’s classrooms) and you can sign up from: MONDAY 16TH MARCH UNTIL WEDNESDAY 18th MARCH
Parents are responsible for transporting their children to and from this tournament.
