It’s Good to be Green . . .

At this morning’s assemblies Mr Cook wanted everyone to think about how we work together as a school community to make Crown the best it can be.

We have the ‘Good to be Green’ rules which are on display and revisited regularly in every classroom. These are embedded within the school’s Positive Behaviour guidelines.

Each class is creating a Class Charter this week, an agreement which everyone in the class creates to capture the essence of togetherness, an appreciation for others and the school.

We need to work together and help each other out to succeed. Our new teachers – Miss Morton, Miss Cameron and Mr Mathie – had to work together to complete a blindfolded football slalom which had been set up during the assembly. We realised that when we work together we can achieve a common goal.

They were all fantastic sports and great new additions to our Crown family!
