A Near Miss…

Sadly on Wednesday we had another incident with one of our younger children running through the car park. The car park is so busy at the start and end of the day and the child was not seen until the last minute.  This luckily did not result in the child getting hurt but was a near miss and something that could easily be avoided.

Can we again ask that NO children walk through the car park at the start and end of the day? Even if they are accompanied by an adult this is not safe and the school cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may occur should families choose to ignore this.

Also, please be reminded that access to the car park is restricted to staff, parents/children who hold a disability badge and any parent volunteers or visitors who have contacted the school office to arrange entry. Unfortunately we do not have a car drop off point and the car park cannot be used as one.

Thank you in advance for your support with this and for helping to keep everyone safe!
